(ATLANTA, GA, U.S.A) APRIL 3rd, 2017 - Multi-talented singer, songwriter, and musician Katie Belle isn't your typical sweet, charming “Southern Belle.” This “Belle” tolls with a trifecta of talents. Belle’s a model, actress, and performer. Her latest single “American Wild” is an upbeat, fun-loving country song with a dance-pop groove that expresses her “wild child” side. Her latest single is searing, sassy, yet also classy. While she’s only seventeen Katie Belle is set to take a toll on the airwaves with “American Wild.”

Katie offers insight behind the clash of genres and attitude in the “American Wild, “I love the bling and big city lights, but nothing is better than being barefoot and fishing.” Her previous releases, including Next Thing in Tennessee, have had critics raving. In her young career, Belle’s been nominated and won the Female Country Award at Women In Change radio awards, as well as the Country Female Artist Award at the IMEA Awards. She also peaked at number three on the Beat100.com video charts and won the prestigious Akademia Music Video Award for her cover of “Counting Stars.”

The wide-ranging styles found in her past release, as well as “American Wild” stem from a real-life clash of cultures. She explains, “My uniqueness comes from being raised in the city by parents who grew up in the country.” The artistic influences behind “American Wild” originate in an eclectic mix of artists Katie admires. These acts run the gamut from Taylor Swift and Carrie Underwood to the old-school classics of Glen Campbell, Dolly Parton, and Bob Dylan. ‘You can throw any genre of music at me, and I’ll listen,” she quips.

Within “American Wild” Katie creates a collision of her country roots and her life experiences to produce a high-octane poetic pop tune. She co-wrote the song with her award-winning Nashville producer, Kipp Williams, (Nick Carter, Britt Nicole.)
